This week my group researched how trash in water affects the wild life. This affects more than just things that live in the water. This affects birds pelicans and many other things. Plastic breaks down fairly quick in the ocean. This still is not good it gives off very toxic chemicals in the water and kills lots of wildlife. This affects the birds because the birds  in many ways. This can get around the birds necks and kill them. They will eat it because they think it is food.

My group Houston, Hadon, and Blaine are doing a costal cleanup. We are going to the beach to clean up the bay. We are going it will hurt the fish. We have been brainstorming. We want to see what is going into the ocean. We want to figure why people are throwing stuff in the ocean. I think this would be a good way to learn and do the right thing. I am planning on setting the day we are going to clean up. I think this would be a good way to bond with friends. This project will take a lot of time and effort. We will constantly be working on it.
